I ordered some 8mm neoprene cord from Polymax. Once it was delivered it it was apparent that I had ordered cord to big for the job. So I then asked Polymax if they would swap it for some 6mm cord. Polymax sorted everything out for me with no questions asked and delivered the new cord free of charge. I would like to say thank you Polymax for some excellent customer service.
