- Good product, poor delivery

The flooring is excellent quality and value for money - I have no compaint with that. However, when I ordered over the phone I was told it would arrive the next day and I received an email to say it had been dispatched. When it arrived one major piece, a 10 metre roll, was missing. I phoned Polymax and the courier, and althought the courier said it was their mistake that the full order had not arrived at the same time they refused to refund the cost and said I would need to take it up with Polymax. I did this and expected to be offered a refund of the cost of the delivery but I wasn't and I am disappointed. I think this is poor customer relations. (Posted on 12/02/2014)
