Polymax offers solid rubber cords in NBR, Viton®, silicone and sponge cords in neoprene(CR) and silicone. We can advise on the suitablity of polymers, hardness and possibly assist you design team. Silicone Sponge Cord

Ideal for 'clean room' applications requiring exposure to extreme temperatures (-60°C to +200°C). Our silicone cords also have excellent ozone/radiation resistance, UV resistance and arc/carona resistance.

Neoprene Sponge Cord

Neoprene sponge cords are ideal for outdoor use or applications requiring resistance to UV rays, air and ozone. Temperature range from -35°C to +100°C

Adhesives

RTV Silicone Adhesive, for joining silicone products only

EPDM Sponge Cord

Polymax foam rubbers engineered to withhold there cellular structure, various applications involving resistance to ozone and weathering
