Access Keys
What are access keys? For the uninitiated, they are a means for people to jump immediately to a specific part of an HTML page by pressing alt (PC) or CTRL (Mac), followed by the appropriate key on the keyboard, as defined below:

Navigation Hints:
- To change text size with mouse-wheel: hold down the CTRL button and move mouse wheel up to zoom out, back to zoom in.
- To navigate quickly use alt (or CTRL on some browsers) and the number for the navigation link on the left, then hit the RETURN (ENTER) key.
