Mounting with height adjustment device
- The height adjuster bolt should be removed and all mounting is placed in their correct floor position.
- The machine is now lowered into position and sitting on the mounting. Ensure correct alignment of mounting fixing holes with bracket.
- The height adjuster bolt is fully screwed into the mounts through the machine bracket holes and locked with a loose washer and nuts provided.
- The locked nut must not be fully tightened. Allow for 2 to 5mm adjustment at each mounting.
- The level of the machine can now be checked and if needed adjusted by screwing down the height adjusting bolts 1 or 2 turns at a time, in sequence at each mounting.
- When complete, the lock nuts should be locked into position.
- Mountings should not be fully raised above their maximum working height so if additional adjustment is required, rigid packing should be fitted to the top or to the bottom of the mounting.
- The maximum hole size in the mounting bracket should not be greater then the specified size of the mounting.
